These Terms govern your use of the Motion Mvmnt service operated by Motion Movement(“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

The service

Motion Mvmnt provides workout programs, exercise tracking, and related content. The service is for general fitness and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise program. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into a contract.

Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Please provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Subscriptions & payments

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew until cancelled. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellations and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including: unlawful use, fraud or spam, sharing accounts, infringing intellectual property, uploading malware, attempting to probe, scan or interfere with the security of the service, or scraping the service.

Intellectual property

All program content, exercise instructions, video, branding and software are owned by Motion Movement or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the service for your personal use within your active plan. No resale or redistribution.

Service availability & warranty

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose).

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to Paddle for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as fraud or personal injury caused by negligence).

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may cancel at any time. On termination your access ends at the end of your current paid period.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app before they take effect.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Motion Movement is established, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
