Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your Motion Mvmnt Premium subscription. This policy explains when you can request a refund and how to do so. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

14-day refund window

You may request a full refund of your most recent subscription payment within 14 days of the charge for any reason. Subscription renewals are also eligible within 14 days of the renewal charge.

Free trial

New customers get a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial and you can cancel at any time before it ends to avoid being charged.

How to request a refund

Email support@motionmvmnt.com with the email address used at checkout and we will process eligible refunds within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals — you keep access to Premium until the end of the current billing period.
